This policy explains how Praguephoria s.r.o., company ID 24577031, registered office Nové náměstí 1370/12, Uhříněves, 104 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, registered at the Prague City Court, file no. C 443543 (the "operator") processes the personal data of website visitors and customers in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

What data we process

  • Identification and contact details you provide when booking or using the contact form: name, e-mail address, and optionally phone.
  • Order data: the chosen time slot, number of guests, order code and payment status.
  • Payment data: card payments are handled by our payment gateway provider. We never receive your card number, only a transaction identifier.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies used to run the site and measure traffic.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Handling your booking and providing the experience: performance of a contract.
  • Sending your ticket and order communication: performance of a contract.
  • Bookkeeping and tax compliance: compliance with a legal obligation.
  • Answering contact form enquiries: legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Recipients and processors

We share personal data only with vetted processors who provide us technical and operational services and are bound by confidentiality and a data processing agreement:

  • Payment gateway provider for card payments (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited).
  • E-mail service provider for delivering tickets and confirmations (Resend, Inc.).
  • Hosting, database and content delivery providers running the website (Railway, Neon, Cloudflare).
  • Cloud storage provider for media files.

Some processors may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Retention

Order data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for as long as the law requires. Accounting and tax documents are kept for 10 years. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn.
