Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want booking to be fair and predictable. Below are the terms for cancelling a booking and getting a refund.
Cancellation by the customer
- More than 24 hours before the start: we refund the full price, or reschedule your booking to another available slot free of charge.
- Less than 24 hours before the start: we are unable to refund the price, but we can try to find an alternative slot subject to availability.
- No-show: no refund.
Statutory right of withdrawal
The experience is a leisure service provided on an agreed date. For such services the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code. We therefore offer the contractual cancellation terms above.
Cancellation by the operator
If we cancel the experience (for example for technical or safety reasons), you are entitled to a full refund or an alternative slot of your choice.
How to request a refund
Request a cancellation or refund by e-mail at [email protected] and include the order code from your confirmation e-mail.
Refund method and timing
Approved amounts are refunded to the card used for payment, usually within 14 days of confirming the cancellation. The exact crediting time depends on your card issuer.
Gift vouchers
Paid gift vouchers cannot be refunded, but they are transferable and valid for 12 months from issue.
